SHAD CRAPO

Shad Crapo was born and raised in Saint Anthony, Idaho. After graduating High School, he attended Brigham Young University-Idaho where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology. Shad continued his education at Salus University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he earned a Master of Medical Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining the Mountain View Community Care team he worked in Evanston, Wyoming in a Family Medicine Clinic and Urgent Care at South Lincoln Hospital in Kemmerer, Wyoming. Shad enjoys woodworking, hunting, and spending time with his wife and kids. He is excited to return home and provide medical care to the wonderful people of Eastern Idaho.
