AMBER HAYS

Amber Hays was raised in Pocatello, Idaho and is a Century High School graduate. She graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Microbiology. During college Amber worked as a CNA and earned her EMT. She then moved across the country to attend the University of New England and graduated with an Inter-professional honors master’s degree from the Physician Assistant Program. Amber returned to Pocatello to work in Trauma surgery and the Emergency department for 4 years. Ready for a change Amber moved to Boise to work for an urgent care until she transitioned to traveling ER. They always come home though… In 2022 she joined the team of Community Care.

Even though she has a strong background in Trauma/Emergency care, Amber now enjoys family medicine, women’s health, and mental health.

When Amber is not working she’s enjoying time with her husband and their family pets. She enjoys many outdoor activities, camping, football, and golf. She is a HUGE Minnesota Vikings fan and ISU Bengal supporter!
